Started out great but..
I drove for Dispatch for about 5 months started out great until the matrix kicked in.. I received an order that I quickly accepted and all of a sudden it vanished from my Que, I kept refreshing to see if it was some kind of glitch but it was gone. I ended up doing 3 orders after the mysterious glitch and some 5 hours later it showed up in my Que, dispatched reached out to me asking me why I didnt complete the order and I told them it vanished from my screen they said I was at fault and never investigated anything. Then later on down the road I noticed that I would run orders and randomly get unassigned without warning great for starters but after a while
they punish and deactivate you for not taking trash orders. 0 starsShow lessBest in the industry!!!
