Don’t waste your time
From my experience of being a self contractor for over 6+ years, I can honestly say that this company is a joke the website states that they provide “top tier support’’ for their drivers which, in reality they never vouch for what they say, they never hear your side of the story and the driver is always at fault. They will deactivate your account for no good reason so they can feel better about themselves. I do not recommend this unless you enjoy wasting your time and doing other people’s job. ZERO STARS!Aa business owner I would’ve already fired the whole staff for lack of investigation when it comes to doing their job. (North Texas market)

Great
I started with dispatch in the beginning has always been a great app have always gotten great orders. They are still an awesome company to work for an get orders through. Things have changed over the last year of so I have always keep my my on time delivery an drop off numbers at 100%. They came out with a top 50 program an to be honest that has hurt dramatically I no longer get or see good decent orders even with being with the company for over 4yrs since almost the beginning they were in Charlotte nc. To have keep my integrity when picking up an dropping off with no complaints an driving record over 100% for years to wasn’t considered a top 50 driver to me that’s a slap in the face. Now I am not saying they are not a good company but I think that program has put a damper on a lot of things.

One of the better side-gig jobs
I have done a number of side gigs jobs (Roadies, Go Share, Point Pickup, etc) and I prefer Dispatchit to all of them. At least in my experience, Dispatchit caters to business to business operations rather than end of mile/general public jobs. Easy to use app and quick deposits into my account work for me. I will continue to use Dispatchit as my go to source for my side jobs.
