App crashes
I used the app in the past on both iPhone and iPad Pro and loved it. Now, although I can still use it on the iPad, it always crashes on the iPhone.
The latest update did not improve anything. It is quite frustrating not to be able to use something you have paid for.23europe456
Used to be the best app
Now it no longer works, everything is either frozen or blank. I deleted and re-downloaded it and it wiped everything to the point it is no longer functioning in any capacity. Support does not respond either so they have my money with no recourse. Such a shamePhotowoman
Used to be good
was great when I first came out, way ahead of everything else. Now there's dozens of clones, yet this one still insists on a ridiculously overpriced sales model.
Many apps can do the same thing at a fraction of the cost, some even free, and a number have new AI features.
Devs: time to get with the current century, upgrade the app, lower the price.

Mr. Plota whatever happened to all my purchases before you erased them so that I have to buy them again! You should get me a refund because those fx’s were purchased by me and now is like blank. I know you want to sell the membership but I was an old customer, from your start I watched you adding stuff to the app in your beginning. It hasn’t been working properly for months!
I have been using this app for a long time now and I love it, however in the last few months I am unable to access any of the FX video and my whole library has been deleted! There is no one to contact or no place you can go for trouble shooting. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again but it is still stuffed, meanwhile the subscription money keeps coming out of my bank account. Extremely disappointed!Show lessWhipd Beats
Won’t let me edit a photo
I didn’t bother going for the monthly or yearly subscription yet when I tap
on ‘Continue using with the limited version’ and then I go to use one of my photos by tapping on it I’m consistently taken to the subscription page.
What gives?
If you only want people who will pay for, either, a monthly or yearly subscription then kindly just do away with the option to use the limited feature version and then I’ll just delete the app.Show lessCherryBlossomGreenTeaTwo

First this is my favorite app! I use it almost every day! I just have a question, is there a limit to how many FX can download to use? I do have quite a few,but when I try to look nothing shows up but the search. If I try to search for something it just stays blank. Thanks in advance for your reply It is now August 10th. I still can’t get the any FX to see, let alone download. So how much longer till you find and remove the “bugs”Show lessloved flipgram

Totally understand your frustration! With the new update that we did including the plotamotion app there were a few bugs that we couldn't detect before we launched it. Sometimes that happens. We are working like crazy to get this fixed and all set. We really appreciate your honesty and feedback and hope that you may try our app out again soon. The next update with be in a couple days.Went pro and it stopped working
DO NOT PAY FIR SUBSCRIPTION
I had the free version for a while and upgraded to the pro version. Shortly after the upgrade I was not able to use the app anymore. The library of overlays was empty. I did everything I could to be able to use it once again, even contacting the company was of little use…. No response. Now that my subscription (very expensive subscription) is up in a few days I see I’ve waisted my money and lost an app I liked and work I wanted to keep. I switched to using Werble and have been very pleased with the overlays and effects. Company has been responsive and helpful. And it’s way cheaper!! Crashes as soon as you try and load or open an image
I really really REALLY wanted to use this app. I signed in for a year, and loaded it up. Unfortunately, every time I try to load an image, the app just simply crashes and shuts down.
Restarted everything. Reloaded it. Made sure it has access to my library. I’m using a top of the range iPad Pro, with all software updates. If it won’t run on this, I’ve no idea how it’ll ever run on lower spec machines.
Maybe I’ll try it on my MacBook Pro, but it’s a complete dud on the iPad. Pity.Show lessMac_user_12345
