Amazing

I love this app but it is annoying how you have to pay for some things but u can sill use it for free

My sleeping problems are free

I had insomnia which is a sleeping issue when you can’t get to sleep and when you are tried you just can’t get to sleep and when you have lots of energy you think you need to sleep and I could sleep in small places then I got this pug and it helped me out and now I can sleep in small places and I’m insomnia free after 8 years of having it
👌👌👌😁😁🎀🎈🎈I’m so grateful
Do thank you to all the creators of this app💖💖xoxo

I love it

This app is so amazing usually I can’t sleep but with app I fall asleep instantly usually I’ll take like up to between 30 min to 3 hours but with this app it’s turned into 10 min and even if you don’t have premium there are still tons of story’s and meditations the story’s are my fav part I have anxiety so it’s often I can’t stop worrying at night but the story’s start interesting to keep my mind off it and as soon as my mind starts to drift it says the next pharaoh and I jump right back another thing about this app is the sounds they have sounds that keep me distracted but not thinking it’s weird it’s like my body is asleep but not my mind and the meditation it’s so amazing it has me think of places where I’m happy like the beach I used to dread going to sleep but with this app I can’t wait

Not so good

A lot of fluff but empty content

Awesome just wow I love this app super adhd friendly do recommend

You have to pay for premium stories but other than that I love the Sherlock Holmes part 1 story and do recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep and has adhd super stimulating plus it’s boring as well so you go to sleep easily I went to sleep with in 5mins of listening.

A question for the developers

I have purchased the 2 week free trial subscription and it has been very good so far! I was just wondering what will I lose when the free trail ends as I do not wish to buy it. So far I have access to all the stories, sounds and stuff. I added things to my playlist so when my trial ends will I still be able to use the things in my playlist for free? And what else will I lose? Thankyou for helping my insomnia aswell though! I recommended this app to all my friends and most of them downloaded it and said it helped and none of them have premium or the free trial so thanks

Almost perfect

I really like this app, subscribed for the second year now and have tried most of the similar apps. It has a really good selection if you just want the free version but I do think it’s worth buying each year if you can afford it. It does help me to become very relaxed and to fall sleep. Loads of lovely bedtime stories as well as meditations and soundscapes including lots of different storms and rain amongst lots of others. It also has a create section where you can put your own sounds together.
I really like the sounds of trains, find them very soothing and I fall asleep very quickly. I would definitely give 5 stars if there were more options in the create section. Particularly trains on tracks and windscreen wipers etc because although the rainy train sound (for example) is really lovely, I would like to be able to play around with the levels and make the train sound the loudest otherwise it gets a bit drowned out with the melody. Sometimes I would just love the train sound without any additional melody etc.
Overall a very very good app, thank you developers xxx I have very poor health and this app has helped me be relaxed when nothing else has xxx

Use it every night

I currently have the Basic free version of this App and we use it with my 3 year old and my 7 year old. My son will not go to sleep with out his sleeping music every night. The bedtime stories help calm both very active kiddos and relaxes them until they fall asleep. My Son has ADHD and listening to the stories is a little hard for him with. So he will listen to the stories for about 5-8 minutes and then asks me to put the sleeping music and in less than 15 mins he is completely out. In the past I would play piano music before bedtime but started listening to him mimic the piano sounds like he learned the song and would keep him up longer. After one song ended we would loose that sleep and start all over again with each new song. We do not have that issue with this app. It really is a life saver.

Stories and guided meditations feel raw

Idk how to describe what I dislike about the stories on this app other than they feel unfinished, raw, and like they’re a first draft. Sometimes the guided meditations and stories seems like someone had their kid write them to save the company money then gave the script to whoever would be willing to bark out the lines for cheap. Which is kinda how the app feels. Cheap. Idk. Descriptions are sometimes wrong on meditations, the readers sound like they don’t want to be doing this, and the visuals aren’t rendered all that well. Which would be fine if the price reflected this but this app is just as expensive as other sleep apps.

It also feels like this app lacks the diversity (in readers and in writers and stories) present on the app if hoped to replace.

I paid for a few months of Sleepiest to try and find a replacement for the Calm app and I was happy with many of the technical functions on Sleepiest- like the app volume being independent from my phone volume, being able to have a whole play list and the apps sleep tracker. Because the first two were really important to me I thought I would get used to the story quality. But unfortunately I can’t say the app is worth the money.
