Often when I attempt to log in the app is down saying accounts unavailable.

Love the credit union

I’ve been with Florida federal credit union oh I forgot Velocity credit Union for many years now and I’m happy with the way they are handling my money and giving me the service when I need it. I’m sitting here trying to figure out how many or what year I started at Pratt Whitney there in Florida. That is the time I started with the credit union. Right there at Pratts plant site. The credit Union helped me out in the beginning when I needed a loan and other things.
There is nothing bad I could say about the credit union except it changed its name to velocity
But I’m ok with that because the same people are working there mostly and they are always out to help there customers ( I know there’s a better word for that but can’t think of it right now)
To my credit union and the people that work there Thank You for all you have done for me and others I been with you I believe for 34 years now

Recent updates to BillPay interface are a huge improvement to usability Calendar now scales to properly display your on my phone and the amount entry is streamlined to use numeric keypad and no longer requires decimal character to be manually typed.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the new Bill Pay portion of our App. Change can be frustrating, but we hope that with a little time you will be happy with the additional functionality. The calendar does have an arrow for going forward. Perhaps you could try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes the issue on your device? Great App

I highly recommend this app for everyone.

One thing to update ...

Okay first of all this app is really good! It has really good quality. I love how you can see the total amounts you have spent in your accounts, and I love how you can click your checking or savings account and see exactly what you have spent. Like it tells you the time, place, and price which I love about it.

All is awesome until you get a credit card. I don’t know what about a credit card makes it different... it tells you the total amount you have spent, but it does not let you see where you have spent the money. You can’t access this information until you get online on a computer and then it gives you a place to look at the information. Obviously if your just wanting to quickly check when and where you have spent your money on your credit card I that’s not a convenient way.

I would absolutely love to see an update on this section of the app!!

Over all it is a very good app!
