  • Hope for better

    We have been using this app for years but it needs improvement for better user experience. We use the messenger however 1) the app does not refresh the messages, there should be such functionality like pull down and refresh. We have to terminate and open again every time. 2) No notifications if a new message is received. 3) the messages are not grouped by number, you cannot search the history by numbers of keywords. 4) When we send a new message, it defaults to shared number unless you correct to dedicated number. There are simple improvements 5) it logs off frequently and does not save the password like other apps do 6) we cannot add images to the texts

    Simple to use plus quick customer support response. Similar to navigate, and range of features, as the desktop site.

    What texting app doesn’t have push/sound notifications?? I wish I knew that before buying $50 credits 😭 Very bad for insurance agents that need to reply fast to new leads.

  • Good product but customer support needs some work

    CS worked well for my business for a few years. I switched services for no fault of CS. However, the customer service was a bit of a struggle. Had to contact the CEO to get things done. He was great but I wish that level of care tricked down to the rest of the customer service team.
  • Terrible Support

    App was meh to begin with, but the tech support was absolutely horrible. They were unprofessional, curt, unhelpful and even rude in some cases. Overall I don’t recommend the app and hope ClickSend does something about these employees.

  • Convenient

    I use their platform with API to send texts to my vacation rental guests. And when they answer back, this app is a convenient way to correspond with its messenger function.
