Board sensitivity
1. Please fix the power ups sensitivity and the board sensitivity. I was no where near the power ups but it automatically used 40 coins to make a word. This happened 3 times in my last match, so that’s 40 coins x 3 = 120 coins which is watching 12 ads. The words made are worth so little points it is just annoying! I make words worth 12 times the points. This happened with the other 3 matches I played. There is something wrong with your app and I can imagine how many players are so annoyed they stop playing. I’m not playing any more today becuz of this! Imagine how much revenue is lost for your app when it cheats the players!! FIX PLEASE TODAY, not tomorrow!
2. Your app is logging me out after watching the ad after making a word. How annoying to have to log in after every word!
3. Why is your app having so many problems that didn’t exist last week? Get new people to write codes because the ones you have now are not capable of writing codes that works!!!

Can’t hardly ever play without crashes or lagging.
Game glitches
I have several issues with this game, in fact it has been crashing for two days now and I only receive a generic message to my complaint. The game is littered with fake players who play much better than their average scores suggest. Furthermore they are frequently at the top of the leaderboard despite me winning against them every time. Very disappointing, I guess I’ll delete the app if these issues aren’t rectified. Also, numerous times over the past week, I’ll be playing someone and my score gets added to theirs. Also crashing every time I try to get coins. Bye Bye !

Continually getting bombarded with guys who only want to “get to know you” or “can’t we just be friends then”, & stop playing if you ignore, turn them down or just get too insistent & don’t stop.
I just want to play a word game , not a game of twenty questions.
You guys need a place where we can report such men so you can warn them or kick them off. Yesterday I saw a naked photo on a guys profile from neck to pubic region. This is not a dating site. It ruins every woman’s game on here, EVERY day, MULTIPLE times a day.
I’d love a response from you guys. I hope you will be adding this feature in the future. Please help us girls out!!

Need to be able to unlock while playing game. Very frustrating
Crash and burn…
It’s fun… but it crashes way too much. It’s also pretty inconsistent with words it allows and doesn’t allow.

Love the game but it has issues
I've had to delete and re-download this game due to glitches. Often I can't see game requests from others, I keep losing to timeout games that I can't see, and I'm having issues collecting my coins from game players. It will say that someone sent me help but when I click on the button to retrieve the coins it doesn't show the people who sent it to me. It shows how many I can collect from but no way for me to accept the coins! Also the app often closes while I'm playing and I can't go back to the person I was playing. It's like I lose my turn with the player. Please fix these issues. I really enjoy playing this game but the glitches are getting to be too much.
I recently deleted the game and now I can't go back to my old profile. The game is making me start over again🥹. That's something I do not want to do! How can we fix this so that I can go back to my old profile and stats and friends? NOT HAPPY!
