The sales on this app doesn't match the actual sales on the system

Scam

They agreed on 2.49% but now they charged me 3%. When I called them to talk about the issue they directed me to three different departments and in last one of the representatives told me to call tomorrow because the department for that issue is closed where the first person could say the same thing and avoid my time to be waste.

Nothing is clear with pay processing

It works like a scam company everything looks fishy never can track of my funds. I am gonna change it.

Unable to get camera to focus when scanning barcodes

I think this is an issue only for newer model Iphones with different cameras. On my Iphone 15 Pro Max the app selects the camera for medium/long distance and doesn’t allow it to focus on barcodes that are up close. Wish there was an option or way to choose which camera it scans the barcodes with.

Barcode isn't focusing.

I don't want to leave a one-star review, so I'm leaving five, but please fix the bug!!! This happened after the app update; when I try to scan a barcode, it simply won't focus. Consequently, entering staff into the system takes longer than usual! I've tried on different devices, and my friends are experiencing the same issue.

Yikes

Ever since the latest update it won’t open. Just crashes. Even if I delete and reinstall. Support doesn’t understand. I love NRS- it’s a great company, but the support when there’s an issue is non existent. But they try to charge a 4 year old bank card and they have no problem calling. Emailing. And texting non stop. Toxic.
