Since they changed the way how to collect the buster fee

Our "Cash Discount" (formerly known as "FeeBuster") service is an optional payment processing service offered by NRS. Many stores find this option beneficial as it allows them to have their shoppers cover the credit card fees.
Does not work as advertised

The App is able to recognize UPC numbers when you scan barcodes or manually enter UPC numbers. Please email appsupport@nrsplus.com and they will be happy to assist with any further issues or questions.
