  • Fast and Accurate, needs subscription

You have a great product here but you really need a better pricing plan. 30 cents per minute, you have to be joking. This could be so useful for deaf people or teachers, but not at the one, very expensive price point you offer. Get more price tiers and a subscription price going and then I’ll think about it.

Also, needs long duration from these “packets”. That’s the problem with selling a pet minute product. Telecoms figured this out a long time ago.
  • No better than Notes with voice input

Complete con at $8.99 for 30 min and making it so easy to order by mistake. Bad!!
  • Free only on android phones. Costs $8.99 on iOS Apple iPhones

They shouldn’t be allowed to charge the disabled people for this but they do, and it’s completely free on android phones
  • Complete scam

Charging $8.99 for 30min of transcriptions to the hearing impaired community is outrageous! Google live transcribe is free and also more accurate than this app.
Should be banned from the App Store.
  • Free on Android, too expensive on iPhone

Why does it cost $9 for 30 minutes on iPhone? It is a free app on my husband’s Samsung Android phone and it works beautifully. My husband gives it 5 stars on his phone. I’m hard of hearing and am thinking of getting an Android just for this app.
  • $8.99 for 30 minutes!!

    They are just kidding!! Scammers
  • TextHear for Android is way better than the iPhone App

It’s too bad this app is going to get terrible ratings for the iPhone version. It isn’t at all the same quality as the one for Androids and is not really free.
  • Too$$$$

I agree with above . Paying for only 30 min at a time is not sustainable for something you need to use on a regular basis
  • Great transcription, terrible pricing model

Transcription quality is fine, however the pricing structure is unusable. In-app purchase of $8.99 for 30 minutes is far too expensive, and prohibits me from using this for conversations with my hearing impaired family members. I am disappointed, and have no choice but to continue looking for an app with similar functionality but which does not have this very limiting price structure.
  • $$$$

I thought I found something good to transcribe for me when I don’t have my sound processors on my implants. But this costs money to use. Way too much money in my opinion. I’ll move on in my search for a more affordable application. I gave one star only because I had to in order to send the review.
