Great App

We use this App to keep an eye on our customers tubs. Signal between each spa can sometimes drop out but a refresh of the page usually brings all back online. Overall very good, would like the option for the customer to request to chat within the app itself.

Excellent first version

Great start. Direct access to multiple customer in.touch2 connection.
Super easy access to customers Spa. Simply send a request to their email address associated with their gecko in.touch2 account. They accept from within in.touch2 app and your access is practically instant.
Allows full access to customers settings as though you are using their in.touch2 app. Same user interface.
But does not provide any additional access.

Would recommend clear advise in app description that this is a tech only app.
Also that only in.touch2 devices are supported.

Would like to see in future updates/wish list:
1. Links to tech library for reference to LL settings to compare they are correct for customers Spa configuration.
2. Ability to change LL setting remotely if required. Color touchpads allow easy change of LL program by user despite warnings. Would be good to correct this remotely or make access on the touchpad hidden from user.
3. Ultimately enable access to all LL settings to check or correct filtration programming or even power or current draw settings. At least the ability to view them.
The above added access would make this app extra powerful and beneficial to tech and spa owner.
4. Ability to rename customer detail so that they can be listed by name, address, account number, etc instead of by their own settings.
