I’ve used this app for years. It’s a workhorse. It does everything needed to make countdowns straightforward and easy to see, use, manage. I use it for professional and personal events. It keeps my life running smoothly and enables pragmatic planning.Trivialities
Yet another subscription
Been using this app for almost 9 years and in that time i have seen it go down hill, this app should be pretty basic to run and use to have very limited ads but with the newest update they have gone to far by removing iCloud sync, a tool that has been free since i first installed all that time ago and unlike other server services are payed on the consumer side not by the developer. This feature was only removed to encourage switching to a subscription for a count down app, just saying that is kinda nuts, I’m happy to pay a one time fee but whats the point when developers like these remove features that were once free, they have no incentive not to just make a new higher level of subscription.

Sorry to read this. Nothing has changed in terms of our subscription model or features behind it in several years. Countdowns has never made a free feature into a paid one in our entire 10 years. I really love it! Two things to to improve:
1-the widget; the maximum count downs in list mode is 8, it should be an option to make the widget bigger to fit up to 12 or more. In situations like myself I have multiple meetings during the week and that could be even better Important from calendar.
2- when I use the option “import from calendar” (premium version) and automatically import all the calendar, it not imports the recurring events, it only import the first event but not the rest and I need to import them manually one by one after the first one (ex. Let’s say I have a weekly event every Wednesday, it import the first event on the the first Wednesday but not the rest of the week and I need to do it manually)Show lessasowkx99852#
