    Can’t open shift details, never been an issue before
  • Can’t open shift

    When I tap on my shift it normally opens up with details of that shift, it doesn’t open up anymore. My review and problem from August last year still hasn’t been addressed. Do the producers of this app read their comments?
  • Very glitchy

    Clock in times glitch, I clock in and it doesn’t work and it clocks me in and out and doesn’t work properly. Sometimes notifications don’t work.

    Are you sure the app gets updated to work with later phones? I had issues with my IPhone 8 and now I have upgraded to an IPhone 12, it’s even worse! I no longer even get notified with new shift offers! So many cool things you could be doing but the basics would be a good starter

    Doesn’t let you clock out🤦🏽‍♂️Hit the clock out button once and it says you’ve successfully clocked out. But once you leave the app and open it up again it says you’re still clocked in. Would not recommend this app to ANYONE
  • Very useful

    This app is great for allowing me to check my roster whenever I need to. It would be beneficial if it was compatible with my iPad, so I can post timesheets and check on leave entitlements!
  • Allow two different accounts at once for notifications

    There should be a way to receive emplive notifications coming from two different logins.
  • Onscreen time wrong and connection issues

    The app under iOS 14 has incorrect onscreen times that changes in difference through the day - not accurate and isn’t a uniform set number of hours difference if it was a time zone/daylight savings display bug - this is a worry seeing a super buggy coded time display. This version also has server connectivity issues when traversing network changes between wifi and mobile - and a force quit and relaunch is needed to remedy this. And it sometimes suffers the need to login multiple times before you can use it.

    Also disappointed when you lodge unavailability dates that these are not displayed back to you as a user - would be great - and ability to cancel them if circumstances change. Clearly not a user-centric app.

    Continues to be a half baked product that feels like it comes from amateurish mobile developers

  • Clock in

    Good app. However, the clock in clock out button is to low on the screen and can easily be activated by mistake when swiping out of the app on an iPhone. Recommend raising position to the middle of screen.
  • No company box

    I can not enter a company name becouse there is no box for it!
