Doesn’t work 90% of the time
Very frustrating to use. Hardly ever opens first try. Often have to close every app on phone for this to work then sometimes it still doesn’t work. Makes checking balances very hard.Don’t Receive Notifications!
How come we don’t receive notifications from the app? Such as when money is deposited or withdrawn from my accounts.
Would be great if this was integrated into the app so I’d know exactly when my pay is deposited into my account and a notification when spending occurs.Lifetime customer gone
I’ve had a BankVic account since I was born (formerly Police Co-op). The problems started when I was hacked on my computer. No money was lost (due to 2FA required for new transfers) but when that happened BankVic prevented me from transferring money out of my account - but I could still use my Visa card so it was still a reasonably useful account (although still not ideal). Then one day all of a sudden I get locked out of the app, and also the website. So I had zero access to my account. I rang BankVic and was told to provide my password which I did, but I apparently I had another password for phone banking which I had not used in about a decade. I simply did not know it and the woman I spoke was about as inspiring as root canal. So I hung up the phone, drove down to the BankVic office and closed my account forever.
