Create a plan to get what you want, from a new car to a dream holiday! • Manage your PayID¹ Link your mobile number or email address to your PayID¹ – it’s much easier than remembering a BSB and account number. • Manage your cards Whether you’ve lost, stolen or damaged your card, you can lock and unlock it. You can also use the app to order a new one right away! • Sharing payment receipts Putting your receipts into the app can save you time in the future when you need proof of purchase or to make a claim at tax time. • Send secure messages Don’t spend your precious time waiting on hold – contact us securely using the app. • Update your details Need to update your personal details? Do it securely in the app. Please note: If you have used digital banking before, you’re ready to use the app. You just need to have your Member Number and Internet Banking Access Code ready.
