This change brings easier navigation and the ability for people to personalise their account names. Here are the details: 1. Log out button – we’ve added a log out button to the accounts screen. 2. Home button – now after you complete one of several processes, you’ll have a ‘Return to Home’ button available that will take you back to the dashboard. 3. Account nicknames – you can now personalise your account names to whatever you like. ‘Savings’, ‘Bills’, ‘Daily dosh’ whatever you want!

Look Who’s Charging – Now you can see the merchant’s logo or category icon in the transaction list making it easier to search transactions. 2. Accounts title now includes the balance and any scheduled payments for the next 7 days. You can also move between accounts by swiping left/right. 3. It’s also easier to change your address details.

Here’s the detail: 1.Look Who’s Charging – Now you can see more information on your Australian Visa, EFTPOS and BPAY transactions just by selecting the transaction 2.New alerts have been created to help you manage your accounts and payments – you can turn on notifications to remind you of a upcoming loan repayment, an account being overdue, there are even alerts to tell you when a real-time payment has rejected and Secure Mail has been received. 3.Account balances - Siri can tell you your account balances. 4.Share your BSB and Account details using the share function in the app. 5.Font sizes set on your phone are now applied to more screens in the app.

  • What’s happened?!

    This Ap has always been super easy to use. But over the lastimes months I’ve had heaping trouble opening it. It’s doing my head in, I need to open it to pay my bills!

  • Lousy update

    With the last update, the Logout button has disappeared!! I don’t want my account balances being able to be viewed when I finished. I don’t want it to timeout- I want to logout !!
  • This is a stupid app that don’t work

    This is a stupid app that don’t work.. Instead I just use internet banking via the internet, as the STUPID APP keeps saying “WRONG PASSWORD” or “MEMBER NUMBER”.

    This is RUBBISH as I can log on via the internet with my member no: & password...

    The STUPID app tells you that your info is incorrect...

    Never had problems with any of the BIG 4 BANK APPS, like I have had with Credit Union SA’s.

    I’m a new member thinking of going back to Comm bank due to this..

    I was even denied via phone call to credit union Sa to get a bank balance as they refused to get me verified by phone with any of my license no:, address etc, just refused to give me access.

    Thank god coz, I waited till the “lock out” of my account was reset the next day, and “RESET” my internet password via the internet, and managed to login.

    Beware people who sign up online for an account as your not provided an “ACCESS” number for your account which stops you from accessing phone banking & seems to stop you from gaining access to the app.. as you need to be VARIFIED to open account..

    This means if you get “Locked out of your account” via the app due to incorrect password, you will have to wait until you receive an ACCESS code to phone them.

    THEY ARE BEING MISLEADING AND USING BAIT ADVERTISING TO GET YOU INTO GETTING A INTERNET ACCOUNT VIA INTERNET, BUT THEY REFUSE TO VARIFY YOU UNLESS YOU GO INTO BANK IN CITY.

    HAD I KNEW THIS WAS THE CASE I WOULD HAVE OPENED THE ACCOUNT AT THE BANK AND GOT VARIFIED, INSTEAD OF BEING TOLD I HAD TO WAIT VIA MAIL FOR AN ACCESS CODE which would allow me to do phone banking.

    NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE OUT OF THE ADELAIDE METRO AREA. (You will have to go into town to get varified or you have to wait via mail for an access code)

    Too bad if you needed to access your New account straightaway ,like I did....

    Absolute hopeless app guys (credit union SA).

    DON’T USE THE APP, JUST LOGIN VIA INTERNET.
