This is a stupid app that don’t work
This is RUBBISH as I can log on via the internet with my member no: & password...
The STUPID app tells you that your info is incorrect...
Never had problems with any of the BIG 4 BANK APPS, like I have had with Credit Union SA’s.
I’m a new member thinking of going back to Comm bank due to this..
I was even denied via phone call to credit union Sa to get a bank balance as they refused to get me verified by phone with any of my license no:, address etc, just refused to give me access.
Thank god coz, I waited till the “lock out” of my account was reset the next day, and “RESET” my internet password via the internet, and managed to login.
Beware people who sign up online for an account as your not provided an “ACCESS” number for your account which stops you from accessing phone banking & seems to stop you from gaining access to the app.. as you need to be VARIFIED to open account..
This means if you get “Locked out of your account” via the app due to incorrect password, you will have to wait until you receive an ACCESS code to phone them.
THEY ARE BEING MISLEADING AND USING BAIT ADVERTISING TO GET YOU INTO GETTING A INTERNET ACCOUNT VIA INTERNET, BUT THEY REFUSE TO VARIFY YOU UNLESS YOU GO INTO BANK IN CITY.
HAD I KNEW THIS WAS THE CASE I WOULD HAVE OPENED THE ACCOUNT AT THE BANK AND GOT VARIFIED, INSTEAD OF BEING TOLD I HAD TO WAIT VIA MAIL FOR AN ACCESS CODE which would allow me to do phone banking.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE OUT OF THE ADELAIDE METRO AREA. (You will have to go into town to get varified or you have to wait via mail for an access code)
Too bad if you needed to access your New account straightaway ,like I did....
Absolute hopeless app guys (credit union SA).
DON’T USE THE APP, JUST LOGIN VIA INTERNET.
