Too many non functional functions
I’m facing too many non functioning features from our 4GR. The video call function works from phone to watch but not from watch to phone.
The safe zone function does not display the map and the class mode sometimes doesn’t work.Samlemsam

Очень плохо работает месторасположение ребёнка. Чаще всего месторасположение не точное. У нас 2 часов у 2 детей, одна и та же проблема у обоих. Не вижу фото в приложении, которые они делают в часах.iratoma

This app is ok the map isn’t good at all so don’t count on that and u can only voice msg u can’t type u can only voice call not FaceTime u can’t send vids or pics and there’s a limit to your voice msg I think it was like 45 secs or something close to thatcookiecrumbsgib
App changes
We need the app to be more flexianle and we want the option to change the time from 14-15 to 2 and 3
So this way it will be easier for kids to read the time.
And we want to be able to change the watch language through the appOm-atoom
Worst app I've ever used
Bugs, awful UX, absence of improvements. And nobody cares about anything.
Just do not buy their smart watches of return them ASAP.

Poor customer support, I did try to find the solution as developer suggested and contacted them. They provided the links to general FAQ which I already carefully examined and found useless since it it did not address the issues that are permanent and are unsolvable.
Ultimately they even responded to the questions like that "In the meantime, there is no need to know about it."

Bad app, bad language (translation) and unclear procedures for almost everything.
The base minimums are working, like calling etc. but do not expect ANY feature to be complete.
I would certainly not buy the watch or want to use this app if I had known better.emresumengen
