Good app but problem with viewing
This app is honestly really good, only problem is that when you try to view a video in full screen it won’t let you exit out, so you have to close the app and then it will let you look at the videos again.
Can’t get it to work
When I downloaded it it said that the videos were in the incorrect format. I don’t know how to fix this but my friends say it is a good app.
High quality pics and vids, but two problems
So there has been a glitch since around December 20-30 of last year, and that’s that all the screenshots are not visible, and I must resort to taking clips and screenshoting the video I downloaded. Another that’s most likely been here since the start is if you upload a clip or screenshot to Xbox live then it won’t appear for some reason.

Gamer tag bug
There is a bug or something but nothing will work when I put in the gamer tag. It keeps saying that the gamertag is incorrect or I need to put in the full thing, but my gt is only 5 letters so I know it’s right and I tried putting in my other gt and it’s doing the same thing. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Error
For as long as I’ve used the app, it’s been pretty much my go to for watching my clips and downloading them. But lately I’ve been getting tons of error codes or the app won’t be able to get any my clips or screenshots. This isn’t just for me. I can’t view my friends clips as well without getting any error about not being able to get the clips. Everything else still works fine like it has in the past but these error codes are getting more and more common than they used to
Update: there are no more errors but I can definitely say that app has a mind of its own. Some days it shows me what I want and there are no problems. Other times I gives me error codes, won’t bring up my clips but will bring up my friends clips, or won’t recognize any of my friends clips just to name a few. The app works but there will be days of frustration with this app

It doesn’t work
Every single time I enter my gamer tag is says no gamer found with that gamer tag how do I fix it
Literally a trash app
I type in my same exact gamertag and it still wont find my account name and i just typed it in again same exact way my xbox account is and it still wont find it
Whats the deal
So, this app has worked wonderfully for around a year and now it some reason doesnt upload my screenshots from my xbox the last one it uploaded was from a month ago, i need this fixed cuz i need my photos
It’s broken
Loved the app, but it stopped uploading recent pictures. So basically useless now. Hope it gets fixed ASAP
It works sometimes.
Until the past two weeks or so, the app has worked as it should 95% of the time. The other 5%, clips and screenshots would upload a few hours late, which I’m fine with.
Recently though, none of my screenshots that are clearly on Xbox Live, and appear on my console are on the app. I’ve been removing clips from my account to try to make space, but most of them still appear on the app for some unknown reason.
