Excellent support
I had a question on routing, and emailed my question to the developer, got my response within 1 hour! Can’t possibly be better than that.
The graphics are excellent, easy to see with my iPhone mounted on Quadlock on the bars. The speed reminders may pay for the app too!Jknight611
Doesn’t Work
So…select a language, then download a map….and then nothing. No way to use the app. I’ll pass.
Update- by “nothing” I mean nothing happens. I stay on the download screen, with the option to go back to selecting a language.

the worst application I've ever bought there's no way to choose a correct address it only has main streets and I couldn't even go for a mile I saw address, and I even paid $40 for something that doesn't let you do almost anything or even navigate in the mama itself if you let22Mil0880toN

Hi, I think you may be using free maps, TomTom maps have more than 99% of addresses. Please check in settings. Please reconsider your unfair rating. Help by email please.Truck owner/operator
Instead of the free gps maps I paid for the commercial version to use throughout North America. I was amazed at how flawless the system works. I loaded Mapfactor onto a plain tablet with stand alone gps. Even with high loads Mapfactor always found me a way around low clearances. That is why I rate this 5 stars.Show lessCdn Longhauler

Does what it says on the tin!
In this world of constantly having to pay for useful features on so called "free" apps it's refreshing to find a navigation app that is actually usable in it's free version. Can't praise it enough.

Cannot save my places
From yesterday, found that it cannot save any address to My Places any more. Click on any of the existing My Place, it just exist the app. No longer useable! I am using IOS 15.3

then your favouruites file is corrupted, that is not problem of Navigator. Simply restore previous backup from settings/advanced. Please reconsider your unfair rating. Help by email please.No bad for a free app.
As it goes, it does the job ok. A few things to note though. I have an issue where speech is incomplete and words are missed mostly at the start of a phrase. It is also a little slow to recalculate a route when you take a different road. Also going 360 degrees is a u turn to me so shouldn’t be part of a recalculated route if you have disabled u turns.Show lessJonmd666

Hi, it could be problem with corrupted sound file, try to delete it and redownload. Our routing engine is one of the fastest, your comment is somewhat surprising, may be you can email report for us to analyse. Help by email please.K
