Best customer support ever

I have used this application for at least three or four years now. The first time I tried to contact customer service I got through immediately. The technician stayed with me nonstop unti we had the problem resolved. it was the best customer service I’ve ever received on a application of program problem. They are the best.

Only works 50% of the time

I had this app before and put up with it then cancelled it. Went back about 6 months later and worked fine for about a month then started getting messages when trying to connect that said “this could take a few seconds” and would just spin and spin. Turn everything off and try it again. Nothing. Sometimes you turn it on and it instantly connects but more times than not it does not connect and just spins

Serious audio lag issues

Do not bother the lag is ridiculous and only rectifies itself mid movie. I work in IT was massively disappointed with the build.

Requesting a refund now !

Confused

I just bought this app and paid for a year but the only content it will mirror is the three cartoons that appear along the bottom. I tried contacting support but the app indicates my E mail address is incorrect. It is correct, no matter what combinations of E mail it would not allow me to send. I am in Mexico but have a VPN that daylights in the US. I have tried to connect with and without the VPN. No luck
Have all my streaming apps decided to block mirroring? If so your app is not of any value to me. I would appreciate your thoughts as I am unlikely to watch the three cartoons any time soon

Not worth it

When mirroring from my iPhone u would think that the video and sound would stop playing on my phone and only on the tv since that’s what every other screen mirroring app does but no the sound and video still play on my phone aswell as the tv so I have to put my phone In another room if I want to be able to screen cast without me hearing it on 2 devices. It also lags on both the sound and video.

Not worth paying the subscription to use it

Total scam

It makes it seem like you need to enter a credit card to continue. I didn’t mind since the app is free. Entered in my Visa card number, it says the brand is not accepted. Entered my Discover number, it says the same thing. I exit the page and realize I didn’t need to enter anything to mirror the screen. This morning I woke up and both of my cards had been charged, even though the app still shows that I have a free account. Will likely need to cancel both cards now. Don’t waste your time or give them any information.

Shameless moneygrab

As if it’s not enough to have an aggressive advert focused app, forcing you to download multiple apps, zero intuitive design, their own ads playing while mirroring on top of your content AND a time limit on how long you can use it they won’t even allow you to have sound.

Idiotic design, can’t even see if the functionality is worth buying. I expect to see the same copy paste help service comment under this review that all the others have, vague and providing zero benefit or guidance.

Hi, please keep in mind, that mirroring is free including sound but limited for those who haven't purchased the app, to 3 minutes. After a couple of minutes, mirroring will be limited to a lower-quality stream but will still continue! When you decide to "Go Pro" this limitation and ads will be lifted and you will be able to enjoy our unlimited mirroring experience!
