  • Amazing app!

It's really great to finally have an app that can help me monitor my attacks and learn how to better manage them in the future. Nice work!
  • Easy to use to take control

This app makes it easy to record information characterizing panic attacks as they happen. You can select from a list of symptoms turning them on and off as you experience each one, and it tracks the duration and timing. You can also leave notes realtime describing your experience. Later, you can review the incidents to better understand how they unfold so that you are better prepared. This can help you remember, in the heat of a future moment, that this will all pass and everything will be well again. Take care of yourself and be well.
