  • Didn’t work in the beginning but then it was fine

    I bought the 5GB plan and didn’t work. I’ve tried to contact the support team. They tried to help. And I was following all of their instructions but the service didn’t work and I couldn’t use the service. I’ve asked for refund. But they asked me to repeat the same steps over and over which I was doing for more than 20 times. Tried every operator, 4G , 3G and all of the possible options. I know that the service was working for some people. But with me it didn’t work at all. I’ve sent the team more than 40 screenshots.

    Finally it was activated, and the refund is under process. Just to be fair, some employees were very helpful.

  • Excellent Service

    Thank you for your awesome application. It has been a pleasure to use the platform and it has made communication with my wife based in the USA much easier.
    I found the process of purchasing a product from you to be quite simple and I’m really looking forward to using most recently added product of the new eSim with full functionality for making calls and receiving calls which includes data.
    The pricing is great and I am very happy with the support I have received when I have not been able to use the product correctly.

    Since the day I discovered this app, it has been my favorite over most voip app.
    The most thrilling part is that, I tried their customer support center recently and it was top notch. Keep it up guys👍

  • Best App/Best Customer Service

    I joined numero esim today, and im swept off my feet! I mistakenly purchased the wrong data plan and thought I had lost my $40. I headed over to send a ticket, and it was promptly responded to, and I was given a new data package as a replacement, as simple as that.
    I see Numero offers a lot that can benefit everyone remotely, and I highly recommend numero!

  • Problems occur

    I registered whatsapp acc with numero esim virtual number. After few days whatsapp detected it and blocked this number to continue with whatsapp. Then i contacted developer from within APP chat service they provide. Then i got suggestions to register this number with whatsapp business and they told me how to do it. They want you to take screenshots of each step and send to them and then they will review and provide you with another number. I am afraid of getting another new number and then the same vicious cycle goes on.

  • Affordable monthly subscription

    It’s great app so far I am attending all my meetings and I am receiving calls every single day. Adequate minutes per monthly subscription. Sometimes renewal periods will be too long. Otherwise awesome👍🏼
  • Not clear that you need to have a permanent for an address to get a foreign telephone number

    The app said that I had to provide them with a current utility bill, which I did. However, I found out that the utility bill needs to be for a French address, not for my USA address. So somehow I need to figure out how to cancel my subscription, but can’t find no way on their app to do that. Disappointing.
