Thank you so much for that lovely review! 🙏

Best Home Improvement App

This app keeps records of everything you need. Imports manuals, keeps receipts for home repairs, a timeline, costs spent on home improvements. Plus so many additional features. Just get it. It will make your life easy.

Great app and the future of home management

Homer is a multi-facted app that makes home ownership 10x easier. It is a customer centric app that I think all home owner would benefit from. Super easy to use and customize from home to home.

Cool app and great support

The app has a nice look to it and some great features. The ability to easily add a variety of media to your inventory items is so awesome, and it’ll even search the web for manuals after you add the make and model. Their customer support is excellent, you can message them in-app about bugs and feature requests (not sure if there’s a tech team or if it’s the developer) and they are helpful, respectful, and open to suggestions. They seem to be adding new features often and always trying to improve based on user feedback, which is awesome. I’m looking forward to using it more!

🎉 Many thanks for your kind words about Homer and the team! Your input and feedback is greatly appreciated. We are here for you, if there is anything you need!

Great potential

App is great for keeping things organized. Really hope there is a dark mode added. The menus could also be a bit simpler. Seems like you have to go many levels down to see an item.

⭐️ Thanks for your nice review! We are always improving Homer, and your feedback helps us understand areas to focus on. Ping us in the app support chat and we can put you on the Beta testing program!

Great Functionality, Bad Interface

Homer seems to be the best of the Home Management apps, with great label scanning, timeline, linking, tasks, etc… So it’s frustrating how bad the interface is: a confusing mess of icons, notifications, modal dialogs, badges, and references to “folders” which mean nothing to a normal user.

I’m hopeful Homer will hire a good designer some time soon and take this app to the next level.

A game-changer for me for home, inventory, and warranty management

I 've been using the Homer app for quite some time now, and it has genuinely revolutionized the way I manage and organize my home. The standout feature for me is definitely the warranty tracking and receipt management. It's a breeze to keep track of various warranties and receipts for my home items, ensuring I never miss out on services or guarantees.

What sets Homer apart is its cutting-edge AI search assistant. This feature is incredibly user-friendly and efficient, quickly providing relevant links, support contacts, and manuals for a wide range of items. It's like having a personal assistant at your fingertips, dedicated to keeping up to date documentation on the items in your home.

While I haven't had much use for the AI help with items feature, I appreciate its inclusion, as it adds another layer of convenience for users who might find it beneficial.

The developers behind Homer deserve a special shoutout. They are continually evolving the app, adding new features that enhance user experience and functionality. Their commitment to improvement is evident, and it makes a significant difference in the app's overall performance.

I highly recommend Homer to anyone looking to streamline their home inventory and warranty tracking. It's user-friendly, feature-rich, and is a beautiful looking app. If you're on the fence about trying it, I urge you to take the plunge – you won't be disappointed!

A Must-Have App for Household Organization!

Effortlessly fetching websites, manuals, and organizing receipts, this application efficiently manages my household items.
It's become my essential tool for all things related to home management.
If I had the option to award more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

The only improvement I'd suggest is adding a feature to track product warranties. I adore this application! 5 stars for sure!

Some things missing but the best app of its kind

I have used the app for a while and have subscribed to support the developers and got further development. The support is it responsive and new features come out pretty regularly.

Good things:
- Great organization and customization capabilities with tagging and folders.
- Beautiful UI and icons.
- Helpful templates and wizards.
- Useful AI and automatic searching features for manuals and item information.
- Tasks, lists, and timeline are great.

Bad things:
- Viewing items UI is difficult to navigate and you end up searching for items always. Need to rethink navigating and finding items.
- No dedicated desktop or iPad app. You can use the mobile app on Apple silicon desktop but that’s limiting.

Thanks for your extensive review! We're glad you like it - and we're equally glad that you support us to be even better! Agree on the main navigation thing, it's a challenge for sure! We are strengthening our search feature, so that you should (soon) be able to find pretty much anything very quickly there. Otherwise, we have the same challenge as all documentation services - it's a bit up to the user to decide on where to place stuff (as with any folder structure). About iPad - it's a wish for us of course, but we want to focus on the phone apps a bit more. However, the web is due for some upgrade - planning is ongoing for that, including allowing easy interface with tapping for tablets/iPads. Again, many thanks! Don't hesitate to contact us through the app if you want to suggest anything more!

Not ready for iPhone 15, iOS 17

Looks like it will be cool once the fix issues with screen layouts and functionality for iPhone 15ProMax and/or iOS 17. Some action buttons don’t work because the aren’t on the screen layout 100%. Seems like they might get more complaints about accessibility from people with disabilities.

Homer Team-
Y’all are amazing. What great support and responsiveness. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars. Keep up the great work!
