works but could be better
found it easy to setup, have to create an account and toggle back and forth wifi but worked. There isnt much you can do to control with app, just turn off which isn’t necessary since it maintains. My 2 issues are 1) the text is overlapping and not legible on iphone x. 2) app says “charging” at 100% charge when it should be “maintaining”. Just seems there is a lot more that can be done to improve the app. But if your just looking to monitornhay it is connected yes it does that.

Next to useless
Took 1/2 hour to get WiFi setup and then it keeps disconnecting and the only way to start it again is to delete charger in app and start all over. What good is that? Useless - charger appears to work okay but I bought it so I could monitor the charge on batteries remotely. Guess I still can - if I’m sitting right next to the charger.

Ok but not Great
First, I am a tech savvy person and this took me about 20 minutes to set up. Problems galore connecting to WiFi. Setup should be easier but it’s not. On top of it they make you create an account to set this all up, another 5 minutes. Why do I need an account to check the charge on my battery using phone. I should be able to link the charger to the app and view my battery. Sounds easy, right? Finally after getting it up and running it works.....OK. The app overlaps itself at the bottom of the screen (Words over Icons) constantly disconnects from the Internet when I pull the app back up after closing it. Keeps saying having trouble connecting ....blah blah...if you’re connected to corporate network...blah blah. The app won’t refresh the % charged unless you back up to the main screen and renter the charger status. Why can’t I swipe down on the screen to refresh like EVERY other app does?
I will give you some setup pointers.
Do it near your router, make sure your phone is on 2.4 bandwidth. This unit will not pickup on 5 ghz, don’t connect the battery until after your connected to WiFi. I paid $69.98 for my unit because I want to monitor a vehicle I don’t drive very often. For that price the unit should work correctly. Unfortunately I don’t think this unit is worth that price with the current issues. I will probably return it and just buy a battery tender for $20. I thought this would a cool thing to have and be handy but for me it doesn’t meet my expectations.

Instantaneous reading
I could not get the blue light (connected) to stay on, although it looked like it was maybe working..it would not show instantaneous voltage, and seamed to only work thru a home Wi-Fi vs a Bluetooth or something directly to a iPhone/iPad that has cellular data.. I thought I could use this as a “away from the house” instantaneous battery reader, but I don’t see that it works that way.. no support on website or internet, YouTube.. manual is not much help for trouble shooting or providing information on how it works and talks
