Great Application
I have used Photoshop, Capture 1, Lightroom and other apps, everyone has their pros and cons but once you get to play with Raw Power and the ability to play directly with RAW images and with the Apple foundation, I have to say it is a solid photo editing tool, lof us some profiles and away you go. I shoot with a Leica Q2, created my setups and off the to races I go. My recommendation to people questioning what is the best, pick one, learn it, use it and get to know the power and work around the limits.
Every tool out there has many things going for them but this is efficient, effective and delivers on value. Sync / switch seem less between phone, MACPro and iPadPro.Show lessPdmao2

This is my favorite photo editor on the App Store, and I have bought a lot of them over the years. It isn’t flashy, but it does everything it’s supposed to do, and it does it very well.byronbulb
With great power comes a great new update
Version 3.3.1 takes this app to another level.
It’s now the only photo processing app I work on.
A lot of terrific new additions to this.
- Work with Files app or iCloud (this alone is worth the price of admission)
- Lens correction
- Raw Processing (gets even better and now with Apple ProRaw support and so many more cameras)
- Split Tone (yay!)
- HSL color
- Look Up Tables (LUT) (really great Fuji simulations)
And all this on the macOS app too.

RAW Power Delivers
I’ve only used the app for a few days and I have not found anything I would change. I think RAW Power, iPhone & iPad, is a wonderful app and I appreciate the devs hard work, attention to detail, and quick response to questions. I like the simplicity of working in the photos stream and not needing to futz with exporting like Affinity, Lightroom, ect. I only wish I had a mac so I could enjoy a desktop version.Show lessRottclan

Purchased this app a couple weeks ago for $9.99. Which I was okay with. The app works as advertised. Could be a bit more user friendly but i can work around the user interface. I was happy using this app over Lightroom. Then today, June 1, 2021, I get a pop up window telling me that i needed to pay another $9.99 because I purchased a Trial Version? Huh? Looked nice, bought the one time purchase feature, won’t work.
It’s a shame, confirmed purchase on my credit card, but the app continues to tell me there was no purchase made, and I am still locked in the “free trial mode”, which insists on putting a watermark on any photo it is used to work on. Glad I didn’t test this on any photos I really cared about. So what’s going on here? Will call the App Store first thing after the holiday.Show lessGunShyCCTV
Update Added IAP
I downloaded this app when I was told that the price went from $9.99 to Free, presumably as a Memorial Day sale. About an hour later, there’s an update and now the app is free to use but places a large watermark on the image unless you pay the $9.99 to unlock the full version. While I understand that trials are a good way to have people test out an app before they decide to pay for it, dropping the price of an app to free and then essentially neutering it with an update that, for many people, automatically is downloaded and installed seems like a bit of an underhanded and deceptive way to go about things.Show less"Ravishing" Rick

I'm sorry you are having problems with the new version. Version 3.3 is a FREE update for existing customers. However, there is a bug in 3.3 which does not identify previous purchases correctly. You do NOT have to buy the app again. These bugs have been fixed in Version 3.3.1. If you bought the in-app purchase but you bought an older version of the app, let me know so I can help you with a refund. You can email me at support@gentlemencoders.com. I have fixed both bugs in version 3.3.1. To check the version, go to the main menu in the upper left, and tap About RAW Power. You want version 3.3.1 (331.05). If you are running 330, please update with the App Store.
