Follow the instructions
First off the cameras will only work on 2.4 MHz. If you are trying to connect to 5 MHz they will not work. I have six of these cameras and they all work great. If you follow the instructions you will not have any issues. But like another person that left a review here said “if you have problems operating a smart cell phone this is not for you”.

Great!…at nothing
The app won’t even connect to the camera after several attempts. Perhaps the developers should check that out maybe.

Waste of money, can’t even set up camera. App crashes when trying to connect to camera.

This Cam works perfectly. It has the ability to change from 1080p or drop down to like 420p depending on internet connections (this is probably where most people are falling off the ledge and quitting their set up due to not checking out all the settings. Has 4 preset camera angles plus you can manually move the camera anywhere you want to view. Motion triggers video recordings and it even has a siren to scare away intruders if your not at home. I definitely recommend you get a SD card to store info locally.

Your app is down again…
What a surprise as it’s down more than it works. Consistency is key when, you know, you want to be able to monitor your children. But this app and camera system ain’t it
App crashes
The app crashes often. Today the app didn’t accept my sign in email and I can’t even sign back in after logging out. I deleted the app, downloaded again, and am still locked out. Having caregivers in the home, the access to the app is critical!
