They couldn’t care less
How on earth does a company dealing in millions of dollars worth of customers money, not listen to customers. This app has been an issue for years and still has the same bugs it had 2 years ago. I came over from BT Super when it was with Westpac. Their system was flawless, why couldn’t you inherit that with the takeover. Definitely enough bad feedback here to make me look at other providers.

Used to be ok, now still awful
Set up the login, set up pin and Face ID then it used to work until the next update. Now it is virtually EVERY time you use this app, you have to set it up again. So annoying. The developers of this rubbish have obviously never tried to use it. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. It has been like this for far too long, so it seems Mercer don’t care about customer satisfaction either. It beggars belief that this abysmal app is still in the Apple store, surely a company the size of Mercer could have an app that allowed its customers to access their own super account without constant access issues! NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Possibly the worst App ever
Despite years of poor reviews and negative feedback this app still has never been improved on and very seldom works as it should. It's incredibly frustrating and extraordinary disappointing that Mercer would ignore addressing the many issues this App has as it's such an important part of our investment performance communication.
