  • Great but...

How the hell do I use it in GarageBand. Audiobus2 doesn’t see it, nor Discord4. Help !
  • A glorious verb sadly crashing post update

Updating is good but I’m getting crashes after couple of minutes use plus what happened to the presets?
Just invested in Eventide Black Hole - not quite as polished verb but rock stable
  • Literally a Bomb!

This app randomly explodes in loudness and noise, I don’t know the fact but it just does and if you are not carefully you may go deaf
  • The next best thing to having a Valhalla Reverb

I’m a devoted fan of Sean Costello and his reverb algorithms that he has released through Valhalla DSP. As those are not available for iOS, I turned to AD Eos2, which has the distinction of also having been programmed by Sean in his early days.

I was not disappointed. While these aren’t 1:1 copies of any of the Valhalla verbs, they share the “house sound” and easily trump the onboard reverbs included with GarageBand and my iOS synths for flexibility, versatility, and quality. It’s not a replacement for a realistic convolution, but it covers the bases for workhorse and “effect” applications otherwise, especially for synths. All in all, a fine and ridiculously affordable collaboration between Audio Damage and Mr. Costello.

  • When it works... Great, but ...

Seems to work as a single instance in GB under iOS 12.0.1 but as soon as I tried a second on a different track I fell victim to the dreaded deafening feedback loop, so extreme I thought it had blown my K701’s !!!. My setup isn’t exactly under powered, iPad Pro 12.9 1st gen, iConnectAudio4+ feeding Laptop and Roland SH-01. To be fair when it works it really is the best algorithmic reverb for ambient synth work, but when it goes wrong it’s a deafening scary experience. Let’s hope things get ironed out in a future release.

  • The best reverb app for IOS but!

I think this app is amazing, I’ve played live with bias FX and eos 2 but, if you are not using eos 2 all the time it stops. Maybe it needs keep going in 2nd plane and also it needs MIDI controllers and turn on and off when you are in other app. Hopefully that makes sense for the developers.
  • Sonic Polish

Im making great sounds since audio damage came along, EOS is no exception, shear brilliance.
Ive had no problems, works absolutely great on iPad pro, people should consider maybe its there devices before blaming the developer because all the apps ive bought off them so far have been better than expected and definitely solid enough for an iPad.

  • Works fine, excellent options.

Using this in AU mode on AUM, on ipad pro with ios 11.4. I still don't understand all the parameters, but i can get lush hall reverbs, strong reverse reverbs and gate reverbs within seconds. Its onboard patch library seems unable to save, but AUM's backup does fine. Money well spent!
  • Great

No idea why the reviews are bad. This is my go-to for standard reverbs. Nothing fancy but it sounds fantastic.
  • Though...

The reverb it generates is phenomenal - it has a lot of issues with GarageBand. 5 stars though because this could be GB’s side of things. And maybe the app is too large for my iPhone 6. It crashes the audio playback every now and then. Anytime GB “optimizes performance” the app shuts down and your forced to reload and reset the settings. Rather frustrating however the reverbs generated from it it is the best I’ve heard on iOS.
