The app crashes and freezes frequently. Although my phone is updated, the app continues to freeze, calls don’t go through and drops every time. I have to restart my phone 2-3 times a day.krysglin

Since PushKit and CallKit are now fully integrated with the iOS app, "Run In Background" option in settings is no longer used. Voicemail contact detection now supports personal server contacts. Ringtone volume is now the same regardless of the foreground state of the application. Branded application icon is now displayed in the CallKit UI. Based on end user settings, pressing the power button will now cause the app to respond appropriately. Updated userAgentHeader string to include device name. Resolved an issue blocking some iPad users from successfully logging into the application. Removed background color and border for a cleaner UI. Re-branded to use the new netsapiens color scheme and icons. Quality of Life UI improvements for iPhone X Users. Major UI redesign coming in next release. App now makes more efficient API calls and retrieves CDR2 data. Resolved an issue where client icons were able to be overridden by an old netsapiens icon. CallKit calls now display the branded application name. Replaced the old push notification with the native incoming call UI. Now fully integrated with CallKit, allowing for features such as phone call handling from the lock screen and support for cellular call interruptions. Added feature parity to iOS app. iOS app will now keep Host/ID and Login fields when a user logs out. Returning to the app after receiving a Cellular Network call will no longer crash the app. Tracking ticket for assorted client requests regarding CallKit.
