The sign up is quick and easy, and I was pleased to see the app offers a variety of membership plans to suit different specializations of customers. I’ve used ToUIQ 4 times now. It’ so amazing. The beautiful rental car I order in seconds in the app has been delivered to me and picked up from me on time - every single time. 1 time at the airport and 3 times to my home. I love this company!!!ModernDriver
Very Bad Support
Ordered a car with one week advance notice only to find out 6 hours before the start of my rental, the car isn’t available.
Instead of support being helpful they offered me another car for 2x price of what I had already paid for or to keep telling me we can cancel and get you a refund. We had already planned a trip out of town and due to really terrible and cheap support company wasn’t willing to compromise and when they did it was 2hrs before the start which was too late and we already found an alternative. The best part is when one of the founders of the company called me for feedback for my experience which I provided, but he also didn’t offer any remedy except just saying I am sorry and didn’t even care when I told him I wouldn’t use the platform again. Business mindset=0
