Happy to see frequent updates but…
This camera is awful. Truly awful. Like not one redeeming quality. It take awful video, requires an expensive 4g plan to use as intended, it doesn’t detect (work) most of the time, and the build quality is bad as mine had to be replaced under warranty.
I wouldn’t mind paying for the 4g if the results were decent. The footage captured in any light is awful.
You get one more chance from me to get the 5g hardware version right.

After the new updated my app is crashing
After the new update my APP is keep on crashing
No notifications since IOS 16
Since the last IOS update there are no notifications displayed! What is a security device worth that doesn’t notify at an event?

Doesn’t do a great job😡Videos need to be saved by you and if you don’t you lose them. Customer support of the words don’t even answer you or give you any help.I put a picture of an Indian guy and a horse. For that reason I was discriminate and Soport charges to no help every time I call them for help. My profile was discriminated and drop in priority to them. Now this camera isBeing used for their benefit in data andSpying on people data not link to my profile. I’ll be looking to talk to the lawyer😡

Connection issues, Never able to “Wake Up”
I want this app and cam to work so bad. I’m sure the only people who buy these are people who don’t read the reviews. When it does work, it seems like a miracle. It seems I can only get it to work when I’ve just been inside my car with the engine running and connection to camera made. Then you can turn it all off, go inside and it actually works. But if it’s been off for a while, good luck getting it to wake up and work. I hate all types of monthly recurring charges, this one is very expensive at $60 for 6 months, especially when it doesn’t work properly. You will not be able to get ahold of their customer service. (phone # listed in new email was disconnected, emails not responded to) instead they push it all off on their customer online FAQ’s & forum.

Horrible product
Save your money. It’s a piece of junk. Huge gaps in recording even while driving.
Offline
Camera is crap. Takes too long to transfer a video to the gallery. Bought a card reader but the video is still crap, doesn’t render correctly. Camera is always offline. Good luck checking on your car.

record the previous seconds prior of an impact (so it actually hurts me vs helping me), is offline almost all
of the time without being able
to “go live” which is supposed to be a key feature, has limited options for SD memory card size, and trying to get any support via web or phone has resulted in ZERO responses. So now I write l this review and tell people save your money. This is not a good camera and is one of the most expensive available.
But i have a VAVA which is awesome! And most importantly allows for a 128gb SD that overwrites which is a critical feature.
VAVA VAVA VAVA = love and HATE the Waylens 360.

Waylens keep kicking itself offline
Going back and forth with tech support. Trying to figure out why it keeps kicking itself offline randomly and sometimes for days. Very expensive camera to have poor connection service.
4g data plan GARBAGE
I’ve had this dashcam for a year. After a long while decide to put a data plan back on for remote access $30. That was a waste almost a month later. The network still has a problem. Sent logs of app and camera 4 times ZERO response back from the company. This company and its support department are a JOKE.
