Terrible waste
I bought this system because I liked the “seemless” ability to connect to your vehicle camera from a car and if you got a notification be able to instantly go and see real time what is going on. Well I’m here to tell you. This is not the case. When connecting to live view it rarely works the first time. Usually it sits there for a solid 45 seconds and then says it failed. Or it connects and then immediately drops connection again. Very unreliable. This is experienced where I have full bars of 4G signal. So clearly their servers are junk and very slow or this app is junk. I’m sure it’s a combination of both. I’m severely disappointed in the quality of service for such an expensive device.

This camera I hard wired and installed myself and it works absolutely great with a 24 hour, continuous 360 video/sound view, in and outside of your vehicle, with upload ability to send video to family, friends and law enforcement ‼️😊☺️👍🏾👍🏾

I have used this product, the first few used well, about 4 months after the software update, after updating my camera, I can't connect to the phone, I can't view the playback on the phone, not real-time notification , sometimes driving a little bumpy record The instrument restarts, I personally feel that this product is not good, I want to return.

Terrible app
Don’t spend your money on this camera. $400 hundred and $10 dollars a month for subscription for 1 gb on iCloud it’s a crime if you run out of data they charge you $10 dollars more for another 1gb.

This needs to be fixed
What is the point of having a live feed option if it rarely works? Not only that, but I walked up to my truck, banged on the windows, opened up the door, slammed it shut 5 times and the camera didn’t turn on once. I bought this camera because I thought it would be one of the more advanced cams for the steep price. I thought to myself, why worry about the price for the sake of my security. Turns out this is just another expensive machine that doesn’t work as well as it had been advertised. I sincerely hope that you improve this product, because right now I’m very disappointed with my purchase.

Fix
Rarely connects to live view. Cant connect to camera with wifi. Motion is way to sensitive. Records when its not supposed to. I can go on for days...
4G subscription capabilities limited.
With the purchase of their 4G subscription you are able to view uploaded triggered events to their server however, it will not wake up the camera for live viewing. Contacted support with no reply back. Either fix the app or remedy the device’s firmware. Please provide a finalized product for these prices. Your $400 device + $120 professional installation + $99 subscription paying customer.

Needs speed bump detection
I don’t want to personally monitor speed bumps but it should be incorporated somehow to avoid them being registered as an impact. Every time I’m in my parking garage at work, an impact is recorded as I go over speed bumps.
Not working
Well i thought id be coming here to rate 5 stars. Not today! How inconvenient that Im finally able to buy the camera ive been wanting to and the app wont even work. It just completely crashes out right after I click it. It wont stay open for anything. So im basically still without a camera. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. FIX THE APP
