The glitches mentioned in previous comments seems to be rectified. All works well. The app is a great addition to original ikea app. My daughter loves the disco lights

If you have a newer Tradfri setup, this app won’t work for you.
Literally a black, blank screen
Cannot see any lights on my Ikea Tradfri gateway. The screen is black. What a waste of money!

I would like a refund. This does not work at all. I just get a blank black screen after scanning the gateway QR code.

I bought this app and would like a refund as it is unable to connect to my Tradfri then when it goes to the QR code reader and scans the app screen goes black and ceases to work. Do not buy, this app is clearly unsupported.
Don’t purchase it. It doesn’t work!
App keeps searching for Tradfri gateway and it always goes to a second round of search and saying that it takes too long to find, after that shows a scanning we code page and giving a message: wrong QR. Even when am next to router and gateway. Tried 5 times also connecting and disconnecting to WiFi. Doesn’t help. Looking for refund.

Fun and simple to use. Could be more polished and definitely needs a better UI but it gets the job done.
