Need More Features
This is a great app and booking system for clients. We as barbers and shop owners need more features that are found on other systems though!
We absolutely should be able to sell product from the commander app with our barber profile. Booth rent barbers often sell their own products and we need a way to sell our own products without needing to log in every time to a browser.
We absolutely need the ability apply discounts during checkout from the commander app! I don’t know how this isn’t a feature yet. My shop gives a 10% discount to military and first responders and we NEED to be able to apply this discount during checkout if they don’t prepay online. Shouldn’t be hard to implement this.
We NEED horizontal lines on the calendar view so we can more easily see our booking slots and openings with a glance.
Squire has amazing features for barbers but there is a lot it’s missing that makes me miss my other booking platform that also starts with an “S.”

Entire store didn’t get paid
We’ve been using squire for about 10 months and we had issues here and there that we have annoyingly worked through but today our entire store did not get paid. Several of us have contacted them through text since that is the only way! They have given multiple excuses and none of which make sense. If they weren’t going to pay us then they shouldn’t have accepted our customers money! We had no warning we wouldn’t get our pay checks. Issue is still unresolved.

Waste app! Stay away!
After the trial priod, it got cancelled so subscribed it with my credit card. Money is taken but the app is not working. Customer support is not working🙄 people are paying to the link I provided but I have no access and clients couldn’t cancel it too!

Good app very professional I like that they can customize an app just for your shop I gave 4 stars and not 5 because it's really hard trying to speak to someone for any issues it's only texting which is extremely hard especially when your in between clients
Awesome System / Awesome Crew
I just started using Squire at my shop. The clients are loving it and barbers love it. The staff is amazing to deal with and are super involved when you needed them. Would highly recommend
Ease of Use Equals Ease of Mind
This app is so intuitive, it takes all the haste of scheduling out of my work day. Knowing that my clients can book from a link curated from the app which can be posted on my socials is a breeze. The only thing I wish they had were widgets so I don't have to keep opening the app to look at my schedule. Otherwise, I think this is one of the best appointment apps for the hair industry by far.

Great platform for my needs
I was worried about switching platforms, but Square was the move I needed to make. It makes my life easier. I have been with them for about 2 years so far and have only had one hiccup with the system, that was resolved quickly. If you’re a barber or small business this is a great tool to help your business grow.

Best Hands down like 6:30 !!
I used to have clients that were annoyed about downloading an app just to book an appointment with this app, they can book the appointment and get a confirmation text and emailed with information that they need and if they wanted to download the app themselves, they can but it has nothing to do with them from booking with me I love it !

Empty promises avoid at all costs.
I’ve never heard more empty promises from a company in my life. This entire experience over several months has been a nightmare. We have been promised new features on the way including google calendar integration and full control of website integration. The initial meeting we had was a waste of time. Over an hour on zoom, waste of time. We were told exactly what we wanted to hear but everything was a lie. This setup has too many issues. We were told they’ve transitioned several businesses over to their system with ease. It was a train wreck. You can get much more for far less. Save your money.

Amazing
I have been using this app for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it! I love the fact that clients don’t have to download a app to make the appointment! If you are researching different booking apps for your shop and you are reading this , the search is over! Sign up ASAP! I stand behind this app!!
