Unable to Bind to Remote
Unable to Connect the ProFlame Remote 2 to the i-Flame App. I am guessing that the ProFlame Remote 2 that came with my FirePlace may need to be exchanged or have another module installed? This part isn’t clear. Leaving this review to help others who may have spent time on this or until I hear back.

Can’t open the App.
App will not let me set up account. Says my emai address is invalid.
Slow, no response
The app stays on add a device and never gives you the connect option. Seems this app is outdated and it should removed from the app store

Setup Not Working
After entering all the information on my fireplace model and serial number, it won't allow me to get push the connect button. I can't get past the initial set up screen even with every piece of information entered. Have exited out of app, and reopened. Nothing is working.
The worst application I have ever installed
This application is the worst I’ve ever used. The verification workflow when setting up a new account doesn’t work properly, and I ended up having to create an account several times before it worked. Once I got in, I could not setup a new fireplace. It kept erroring out and going to the “add new device” screen and I couldn’t save my fireplace, let along connect. What an awful experience.

Mixed up warning
My fire bug keeps sending me a notification every two hours , that my system still on even when I know is off , that is kind of annoying., how can this be fixed ? I even turned off the notifications setting on the app.
