Fake discount application
I tried to book kidzania Egypt 7 hours ticket for my kid (4-14) years old and the showen offer was 430 LE then when i proceeded for online payment 450 Le so i want to why the 20 le and it’s okay to pay but want to know ?!?!?!? Amazing for the family!
Recently downloaded Kidzapp to check out fun activities for the family and I to get busy with and this app did not disappoint!!
We found so many options for the kids and any ticket booking process and purchase was so easy and smooth. What a great idea.

Privacy concerns and not for the US
I downloaded the app due to all the good reviews. Well they had me register and there was an option for you to add your address or neighborhood. I selected neighborhood. I went to my account and it has my exact address in it. What’s the point of the options if they will put your address in. And how did they get my exact address? Never knew apps could do that but now I know. Then when trying to find things for my area there was nothing. Everything was 100,000s a miles away. No where in the US in fact the US is not an option in it’s cities and states. No US cities or states. So if your from the USA this app is not for you.Show lessMrsCSC

I'm sorry that you were disappointed. At the moment we don't operate in the USA, we'd love to soon though. Actually we do try and make it very clear in the description and mention a few times that it is for Dubai, Cairo etc. and UAE and Egypt specifically. Because a lot of people in the UAE do relocate here from the US we must remain on the US store - and in such cases unfortunately confusion can happen. With regards to privacy, when you select the neighborhood option it creates a large circle to make a more approximate / fuzzy location - it seems that you put the centre of the circle by coincidence in your exact address! Sorry for your disappointment but hopefully you'll be able to use us properly in the US soon! If you feel this has helped explain things, it would be great if you could re-rate us so that other UAE residents who are based on US appstore can be encouraged to use our App!Great customer service and deals
We are visiting Dubai and stumbled across this app- what a find! Helps us figure out all the great places to take the kids and they have really good deals. They customer service is fantastic, immediate reply and so helpful. Will always use this app. I’d give it ten stars if I could :)Samah1212
Stupid App
It’s so dumb. I downloaded it to obviously help with finding things to do, but when i put my location in an area in the United States. It would show me things that are in Saudi Arabia. Like i would press near me & then it would pop up attractions and things to do half way across the world.FUTrump

Sorry you were disappointed, but the app is currently only in UAE and Egypt. We hope to be in more countries soon. We do mention in the description that we are in UAE and Egypt. We do need to be on the US AppStore though as a lot of visitors / residents here are connected to the US store.Brilliant app, why is it available in uk?
I can imagine this being brilliant but I live in uk and signed in without realising my “closest” activities are I Dubai! Would be great if you made that more clear if you arn’t making your app international then state it is for dubai only 👌lilli.xxx0
There isn’t Egypt listed in the app
In the description it says that Egypt can be found in the app now, but it’s a lie, it’s not there, just Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Ras al Khaimah. Egypt definitely not there - sort it out developers!fyfdetadyufy

Hi, thank you for the feedback. The app is location sensitive. So to find Egypt in the App you just need to set your location in Egypt from the profile screen and you will see all the Egypt activitiesBest family resource in Dubai
