transfer issues
the app is continually telling me to enable access to all photos despite this setting being turned on and never being turned off. i have reset the app and camera several times & even deleted the app & redownloaded, the issue hasn’t been fixed. i am trying to send photos from my camera to my phone. the bluetooth connectivity doesn’t have any issues. i am using an iphone 12 with fully updated settings. i’ve tried everything so i’m not sure what the problem is or how to fix itShow lessSpeedy and dai
Will not upload although setting are right
My snap touch is connected and will print photos from my phone but it will not upload the photos taken from my camera to my phone. I have contacted Polaroid and not heard anything . There is another review here with the same issue and no response.Fam1998
Crashes constantly
This app crashes constantly. I don’t know if it’s maybe because it hasn’t had updates in a while? Each time I go open up, it just crashes and closes itself down. This then means I can’t transfer my Polaroid pictures to my phone. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app several times to no avail.Emsmamo24

The app doesn’t allow for transferring images from the camera to your iPhone. The error message says: “Please change Photos settings to All Photos in order to save Snaptouch images.” I enabled All Photos when installing the app and confirmed it’s correct in Settings. Uploading pictures from camera to phone
I never had this problem until recently. Well it started after I took out the memory card to transfer the pictures to my computer and it didn’t work because it said files not available so It was whatever but once I put it back into the camera, all my pictures were gone. So I’ve been trying to upload my pictures from the camera itself to my phone and it just doesn’t work at all. Also, I never had a problem with the cropping or how I adjust the images to print. I’ll do a full picture and it’ll print out with one of the sides being white or just a bunch of lines. I never had this problem til maybe about a couple months ago. Don’t know if it’s the app or if I just need a new camera but if I do need a new one, it for sure won’t be a Polaroid camera.Show lessDidIGetMy$1200?
Great app!
This is a great app, it's really fun to make collages and I love how many more editing tools there are, especially the frames and adding text! What would be helpful is if you could access photo libraries from the app instead of social media, I'm on IOS and I can't access my photo albums, I have to scroll through all the photos. Nice to have to capture and print memories.
It’s a great gadget to have to capture and print memories. There are a few firmware update glitches. Like for example when downloading the updates it takes so long to update that it times out. Other than that, I’m happy with it .Us tule

I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I think we all know that the Zink paper tends to darken the photos when printing. My solution for that is to brighten the images in the app while editing under the Print Preview section right before printing. It tends to get the job done, and messing with the tones and colors of the image also helps out! But lately the app does not save the tone/color/brightness changes right before you print the image and it is so frustrating/annoying. Please, please, please update and fix this error. What is going on with this app?!?
Someone needs to work on it. I keep checking back for updates to see if it fixes the issues but I can’t finalize collages before printing and I keep having to get out if the app to add more pictures because my gallery doesn’t show all of my pics on my camera. It’s pointless. Please fix all the issues so we can continue to use this device like it was meant to. Thanks!Show lessSonay7689
Great, but my photos just don’t turn out
I’ve tried contacting support a few times for help, but I haven’t received a response. My camera is working, but since I bought it every pack of Polaroid zink paper I buy and print, my photos print faded, pail and yellow. I’ve tried so many things, but I just can’t seem to figure this out.
I love the overall concept of this camera and especially paired with the app! I just wish my camera would cooperate properly.Show lessmadicoleL
