The app doesn’t work
Got this as a Christmas gift and have wanted one forever. I was very excited to be able to print photos from my phone only to find out it doesn’t even work. What makes this so frustrating is that one of the main featured selling points of this camera is to be able to print pictures from your phone and you can’t even do that. If you sell a camera in hopes of getting people to download your app, you need to update and fix this and make sure this is accessible and working across all mobile devices. I previously used this app a lot in the last 8-9 months. I love the camera itself which still works fine and has been updated to the latest firmware. Unfortunately, with this version of the app, the phone connects to the camera fine and the camera displays a ‘downloading’ bar when you try to print to it from your phone. This is however where things go south, as the camera shows a little green print icon which never goes away. Doesn’t sound like I am the only person having this issue so I hope it is fixed shortly, functionality is seriously restricted without phone to camera printing.Show lessDomFerrari
Thought my Snap-touch was broken
I’ve been trying to print photos out for ages using this app and the original. IT DOESNT WORK. All I t does is says ‘downloading’ and then the printing icon goes green and freeze. I genuinely thought my camera was broken and was about to take it back. Turns out other people have been experiencing the same problems so I’m willing to give it a chance when they fix the bugs.
UPDATE: it worked for a while recently and just this past two weeks it has stopped working and it’s rubbish again 🙄Show lessPenny1401

I don’t know what problems everyone else is having but for me it works great! Very easy to connect and got it figured out and printing in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.sherrick101
Snaptouch won't print off from iPhone app
Too much bug, slow crashes 8/10 times. Most importantly the app sends the photo to print but nothing happens. Polaroid is worst digital instant photo camera I've ever usedJishbjn
What the heck?!?!?
I do not understand how this app made it to production. Frequently closes after connecting to camera. If it does manage to connect selecting a photo and clicking print results in an infinite loop of cycling the the set copies and print button screen. If your fast enough to press the print button it will show data transfer on camera but the app will display data error “printer is busy” in another loop. The app settings to check and update camera firmware loops display of the download-sync-install button for about 30 seconds and then displays download. Clicking download does nothing. I haven’t seen an app this poor since the days of palm pilot and windows mobile. Every level of qaulity control made an epic display of incompetence with this app.Show less1babylon5fan
App won't print
The app use to work perfectly fine but I recently went to use it while scrapbooking and it won't work anymore it will not let me print what's going on ?angry scrapbooker

Dissapointed
Extremely disappointed I paid almost 300 dollars for this camera which is fine I wanted the “best” however I cannot describe how frustrating using this app is to print pictures via Bluetooth constantly crashing and error messages like crazy after restarting the app and camera fifteen times I was able to get 3 pictures please fix this Polaroid you guys don’t want your legacy to end like this please fix and will 5 star rating if the app worked I would have no complaintsShow lessKnockoutV2
