    I started my second year and the app won’t load at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It will not load at all. I can’t log my doses or see my appointments.

  • No notifications

    Hello.

    I just downloaded myAllergyPal app with my allergy technician a couple of days ago. I was supposed to receive my first notification for my fourth dose today but no notification came on my phone. I have all notifications settings turned on and set properly both in the app and on my phone’s settings. However, I still have not received any notification for a reminder to take my dose.
