Great Chinese Learning App
I own the first textbook of this series and had to leave it in Taiwan when I came back to the states. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found this app and how amazing it is at teaching traditional, Taiwanese based Mandarin!
Only problem is that I purchased the first book on my iPhone, logged into my iPad, and can’t download the book I bought. Is this a glitch or are my book purchases not shared across my apple devices?

Very good with a few exceptions
This app would receive 5 stars if you could change to a different Chinese font as the standard sans-serif font is fairly difficult to read, and if it supported landscape (horizontal) mode!
I have been using the DangDai series of textbooks and purchased this app to supplement. The navigation and user interface is excellent. The curriculum is very very good. The audio for each chapter is acted out in a clear and lively manner. This course is very excellent but the option to have a more natural script font would be helpful! Also on my wishlist is a flashcard feature. Thank you this app is great.

VERY good app!
I have heard about the 當代中文課程 books for some time and was delighted to learn that they are becoming available in this format. I have been fluent in spoken Chinese for years, having lived and taught in Taiwan for over a decade back in the 80’s, but still need to work on the grammar as well as ‘updating’ my vocabulary. Bought the hard copy set of level 4 (as well as level 1 for my son who is just starting to learn the language) on a recent trip to Taipei, and am hoping all 6 levels of this series will be available soon in electronic form. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Nice app!
I really like the app. Helps me learn characters by following the readings and using the stroke order function. Really like the listening exercises.
