I like the app. It works just fine for the Chinese book. However, it refuses to work for the Japanese book.RChiolero
The app doesn’t work
I recently purchased a book from amazon and tried to scan the ISBN and it didn’t work. No happy about it👎🏻Callmedexter12.
Avoid Audio app won’t load
Very disappointing. Have an iPhone 11. Spanish App wont load. Don’t waste your money. Very messed up programming. I give it one star because I can’t give it a half star.Jimjunkie

So far so brilliant.
I bought the DK 15 Minute French before reading any of the reviews, most of which are pretty damning and probably would have deterred me from buying. However, to date, I’m finding the app fantastic - everything working, recording perfectly and really helping me improve my pronunciations. Although this method is not, in my view, enough to enable one to learn a new language I can definitely recommend the book/app system as a quick and handy refresher course.Show lessClovis Cholmondsey
Frustrating
I just bought the book, downloaded the app, and there is no sound plus it says it’s still downloading after 48 hours! I want my money back.wasamima
Needs updating
It is a great idea and I love reading and using the app at the same time but it’s terribly slow and not working very well most of the time. It needs an update.Manu295
Audio too fast
I would like to practice repeating one word at a time, but the app goes to the next word without much time to practice. If I click on the word to repeat it, I often hear that word again with the next one being said over the first word.krbrrrrr
Good Content
I bought the language books for French and German and am using the app for both. The app was easy to install and setup. No glitches and the audio sounds good. I am using an iPhone. Salut! :)COCPrincess
Audio
Rather than auto play please let the use click through the audio cues. At the moment each audio cue is played and it’s impossible to concentrate and practice a single auto cue without being bombarded with the next one.zissou society member no.42
