Unable to scan, nor will it accept the ISBN number. With similar past reviews, I would have thought this would’ve been fixed by now. Disappointing.inspir8tion

I bought the book and downloaded the app - but like many other reviewers here, the audio won’t download so the app is useless. DK should not falsely sell a book that advertises a free audio app for learning a language!Cleve Writer

Downloaded the app and opened it. Scanned the QR code and it’s been sitting on the “Downloading audio package” since. No progress and no internet issues. Very disappointed.Bit Dunn
Works fine
For a free app that I got as a bonus for buying the book, I’ve got no complaints. Everything works as promised! I know there are some negative reviews here, but I didn’t have any problems myself.JeShGi

This app works really well and I love it, it makes it easier to learn new languages and probably many of you have the app Duolingo right? This app is way better in my opinion and it can help you learn faster than Duolingo ever will. For those of you out there who are trying to learn, nows your chance. Helpful guide
There are a lot of reviews on here saying they had issues with the app - I haven’t had any yet. Registration with the book was straightforward, playback and recording has worked perfectly. No reason to complain at all.
I’m using an iPhone 12 if that helps anyone.Cousinrosie

Doesn’t work as it should
You know you’re in trouble when the very first lesson doesn’t work as it should. When I try to record there we’re multiple issues. For example I might push record and hear a woman speak the word instead. On the next word, it just doesn’t allow me to record. Very frustrating.xambfgr

App doesn’t play sounds and doesn’t store your recordings. Crashes regularly and seems nothing is being done about it. I’ll be seeking a refund for the book for sure.adrianeb333
