Hey DK- if you’re going to sell a book by using the free audio app as a selling point then you should probably make sure your buyers can use the app.MariahDeMew
Sooo bad!!!
I just bought this book yesterday im trying to download the book in the app since yesterday and no luck at all!!!
I even erased and downloaded the app again still nothing! I thought it would be cool to have an audio to hear how to pronounce while i try and do it myself
And i dont even know if i can return this book!!!Show lessAJI1988

I have tried and retried downloading app. It loads the weeks audios but if you press play you cannot hear anything. If I try and click reset progress it says it is still downloading but doesn’t ever finish. I cannot see where I can get support or help for this either. Please helpHealth critic
Doesn’t scan ISBN to unlock with book
It won’t scan my DK book or even let me enter the ISBN number to unlock this app as part of the book. I purchased the book with the premise it included a free audio app. I would appreciate it if someone could look at this issue I am having so that I can activate the app in line with my Hindi English bilingual dictionaryShow lessTeightyone

It’s fine there are some minor problems that are just annoying like the audio there is an overlap so when someone finishes speaking the next person is speaking during the last little bit of the word,Sleepydragonfly

App does not work
This app fails to open on iOS 14 (iPhone 11). Attempts to open and crashes right away. I’m taking the corresponding book back for a full refund. The book is useless without the app. This review does not allow me to rate less than 1 star. It does not deserve 1 star.Mnieves79
