Won’t even open on my Apple phone
Specs says it is compatible with my phone but I downloaded the app and it opens for about 1/10th of a second and then closes. I bought 4 of these DK 15 minute language books and now the app is useless.0109-Lyn

Book sold under false pretences
Bought the German version of the book October 2020 - clearly states “Free Audio App” but despite downloading the app via Apple Store it fails to open - so never given the opportunity to QR scan etc. See that this has been an issue for over a year - does DK ever read these reviews or do anything to correct the issues that stop people using the app - reflects very badly on DK brand!Show lessOK Sparkz
