Je n’ai pas aimé, ils ont retiré le montant au complet et non pas mois, comment je faire pour avoir un remboursement il n’a même pas un lien pour contacter l’application

La condition pour activer la période d’essai gratuite est d’activer un abonnement payant. Les conditions de l'abonnement indiquent clairement que les 7 premiers jours sont gratuits, mais après la période d'essai, vous serez facturé. Votre abonnement à l'application peut être annulé avant la fin de la période d'essai, mais au plus tard 24 heures avant la fin de la période d'essai. Si vous annulez votre abonnement avant la fin de votre période d'essai gratuite, vous ne serez pas facturé. Si vous n'annulez pas votre abonnement avant la fin de la période d'essai gratuite, vos fonds seront automatiquement débités. Pour demander un remboursement, vous devez contacter le support client Apple. Paywall after long questions

You download for free, answer to questions, to survey and then a paywall, you pay or you quit..
Why not tell us earlier?

Hello! In the commercials we offer to try our application for free. The application provides a free trial period of 7 days. The survey that you take at the beginning is needed to create a training program and is not used for marketing purposes, and is not transferred to third parties. Indicating payment information when subscribing is a requirement of the App Store. Payment data is stored in the App Store account and we do not have access to it.

Suggestion

Hello, Developers! You have a very good application. I use it regularly. I make a suggestion: Please add the function (algorithm) of spaced repetition to additional tasks, namely, to the sections of word repetition and word training. This will help to repeat (for example, 20 words per day) and train (for example, 4 words per day) words with clear boundaries for each day and will help to avoid overload in studies (because every day the words for repetition and training increase). Claim 7 days free trial but my bank got deduct £29 straight away!

Update: I contact apple and i got refund.

I try the apps once download and subscribe for a 7days free trial, the word they provide mostly I already know, so I lost interested and immediately unsubscribe on apple system and delete apps ( from subscribe to unsubscribe in just 30mins only) , but the £29 already being charged and apple staff said I did a actual subscribe.

The subscription terms clearly state that the first 7 days are provided free of charge, but at the end of the trial period, payment is charged. Taking money without my consent

I downloaded the app and decided to try it for 7 free days. I had money frozen on my bank card for the annual service. I canceled my subscription, but it's canceled starting in 2025. So I have to pay for 2024 anyway and I can't cancel it? What is the point of the trial period? I want my money back, as I am not satisfied with such conditions.
