Easy to use
I use the app to record my workouts and measure progress. My programs save and are easily accessible next time I go to the gym.
I does however seem to zap my batteryMORE app
I like the app. Unfortunately people don’t play fair and log longer activities or even log activities that they haven’t done. It’s so obvious, and your only cheating yourself really, but for those who have a true activity count it’s frustrating. I don’t know anyone who walks for a solid 8 hours or swims for over 2 hours and logs thousands of calories. Oh and the “other activity” 2.5 hours !!! Who you trying to kid. Brilliant app for recording what you do with activities points being awarded. Down side people can repeat the same sports activity again and again and double, treble, or quadruple their points. There is transparency so you can see when others do that and cheat to climb the ranking table. The app must cover every sports activity invented, so not sure what the question mark session is for? Lots like to use it????? The app is good…for me it’s a good motivational tool.Show lessWorst design ever!
Did anybody try usability on this before they put it out into the world? It’s got a terrible inner face terrible design. The entire thing is super unintuitive and it doesn’t work half the time. Why can’t you delete path classes? Why do they show up on your list? You have to scroll down path all of the classes that have already passed in order to get to your current class schedule. Easy to navigate and use.Really Good
Only just started using. A little difficult to navigate, but once you start having a good look around it gets easier. Works really well no glitches so far. Some really motivating items on thereApp won’t accept bookings or purchases
The app is run by Serco Leisure. Serco Leisure manage the Tadley Health and Fitness Centre and promote use of the app. The app has add to basket and pay now buttons greyed out making it impossible to book. On site staff have had a week to resolve the issue and have done nothing. The Contracts Manager was also unable to resolve the issue. IT staff contact details were refused. Memberships are oversold (1,100) and fitness classes oversubscribed (16 classes per week with a 10 person limit = 160 person places). Class booking is released daily on a rolling weekly basis which means booking is fastest finger first. The service is below acceptable and therefore in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Show lessIt’s ok, not brilliant but no offensive
Not the greatest app in the world but it does most of what I need. The one single feature that would make it so much more useful would be the ability to add my membership card into Wallet for easy access when going through the turnstiles.Great app, and more than just a gym pass!
So great to finally have a gym membership pass on my phone - hopefully I won’t lose this one. The other features on the app look great too - recording workouts, setting goals, earning prizes, home workouts. I’m impressed!Points
App used to be good and had no trouble with it but since the return after COVID have had problems, mainly that I have points but I can’t use them. Comes up as no data even though it’s telling me I have 800+ points. Contacted help desk, no help! Told me to enquire in centre who said quite rightly it was something that the app people should be sorting! Perhaps the app has long Covid!Show less
