Super buggy on the mobile app still. Doesn’t update notifications when you have reviewed them. Doesn’t show you updates exclusively for your area….

Great app

I’ve got loads of jobs through here, it’s really slick and straightforward to use. Recommend!

Plus it’s been relaunched so is even snazzier …

Great App for freelance creative jobs

There are a few bugs in this app, but the basic functionality is really useful for accessing the Talent Manager job listings and to conncet with creative production companies.

Needs fixing

Hi,

I have been using your app for a long time and have always found it to be glitchy, and quite subpar. It does the basic jobs in the fact that I can view jobs and my profile but let’s just say I would never pay for the app in its current form.

Often notifications ‘can’t be handled’ by the app which is ridiculous - why not make it so you can?

Then, a load of coding appears when you tag a contact or receive a message. For example when I tag somebody in a post it will say =<name has been sent the ad which surely it should say the name of the person not =<name.

Overall its not great and needs overhauling. Considering you have people who subscribe to TM and pay you a lot of money it’s the least they deserve…

Useless

I’ve never been able to log in using this app. Input my email address and password then get told to input my email address and password. Meanwhile access via a phone browser is fine.
What’s the point?

Great site, terrible app

My experience of the app over the past couple of weeks is that it is barely functional. Messages received in my inbox are illegible - a mixed bag of text and code. The app is buggy and constantly freezes, which is a shame since day to day use of the platform would be far more likely with a functioning app.

Some improvements

I left a pretty negative review of this app in the past and a lot of the problems have been fixed - but I still seem to have to login every time I open the app. It still prompts me to “unlock with Touch ID” despite my iPhone being a Face ID model (and crashes if I choose that option), and I have to manually go into my saved passwords instead of being prompted when I click the text field. It’s fine when it’s actually open but it’s such a hassle logging in that I just use the website for any actual browsing for or applying to jobs, and use the app purely for the push notifications.

Good on phone, iPad functionality missing

The app is fine on iPhone; one of the better job sites for the TV industry. As an editor who rarely has internet access on edit computers however I strongly suggest adding iPad functionality as that’s what me and presumably most other editors use to search for jobs.

Poor

Badly designed app that constantly crashes. I’ve ended up deleting now as it very rarely works properly.
