  • Fun

Great game. Quite historical, yet still very fun to play. Some puzzles were just impossible to complete without hints. It was a bit different to other Haiku games in the way that you had to think for yourself for some of the clues. However that made it all the more interesting. One of my favourites so far!

  • Best kind of frustrating you can get

I can’t get enough of these games and how much they make me think, highly recommend for anyone who likes to think out of the box

It gets better the further you go
  • Best games in App Store

What can I say about the genius of these games? Stellar graphics, very clever puzzles, completely immersive storylines, takes you inside the games and leaves you wishing for more chapters. The ignorant cheapskate who had the nerve to call a company that offers such excellent content “money grubbing,” you serious bro?! I have solved every one of these games without hints or paying for stars- having patience, and finally solving puzzles is a reward in its own. I really think this company should start charging at least $5.99 upfront for their content, on par with most other companies who charge the same or more for crappy content. I hope this company continues to grow and reach a wider audience, they have what it takes to become a Fortune 500. My only complaints would be wishing they had a faster turnout, and I liked it when they kept the games separate and each had a cool opening sequence. Love the WWII one, the haunted theme ones, the Kate Grey mysteries (especially Murder Inn), and this new “Covenant” one is awesome! Please keep growing and making exceptional content.

  • Allied Spies

I normally love Haiku games but I can’t get past beginning of this game. The trails at the start of game are off the screen on my I pad and don’t respond, meaning I can’t go any further. Looking at reviews, someone on here posted same problem over a year ago, and did not get a response. I have also sent an e mail to the support address and didn’t get so much as an acknowledgement. Sorry but for this reason I have had to rate it 1 star.

  • ❤️ It!!!

So far I adore this game. The puzzles are hard, but not so hard to the point where you delete the game completely. I am giving this a four star because I haven’t finished the game and I get stars for doing this XD. I remember trying this game when I was little and getting scared of the shooting of the lanterns. Then I deleted the game after I got stuck on the puzzle with Marie, the guard, and the passport information. I remember telling him the option, “I am a spy. I will kill you!” Lol. Anyhoo FANTASTIC game so far!

EDIT: I was soooo wrong about the puzzles.

Ok, so the puzzle where you have to trace the rope to untie it? Welp, apparently in too FAT to play this game! I can’t see where the white line in the rope is, so I keep hitting the walls. After spending what felt like hours on this, I decided not to scream and fling my phone across the room and do the responsible thing instead: delete the game. I mean, this game is great. I just don’t want to have to deal with a broken phone today. Just not feeling it.

  • The Game for Mystery buffs

I adore puzzle games where you solve actual mysteries. Every single one that I’ve seen has been for “week and find” type games. This one is the only one where the puzzles that you’re told to solve, are actual clues. The story line is amazing! I think I’m going to download ALL of these games. The games don’t try to force you to pay anything also!

  • No WiFi Game

This game plays like a escape game, but it has a plot with cutscenes (hence, Adventure Escape).
Many of the puzzles can be solved with ease, but the developers leave enough difficult puzzles for you to try and figure out (the hard puzzles are usually at the end of a chapter).
You can find and collect stars to use as currency for answers, but try not to use them unless it is necessary.
The best part (of course) is you do not need any WiFi to play this game.
Haiku Games craft their apps rather well. No disappointments so far.
