Worst App Ever
Honestly I am so frustrated using Nedbank Money App that I would not recommend their Facilities. At least once a month I have pop up message asking me to accept changes to account, I then have to call in to Nedbank for them to tell me that I must keep an eye for fraud. Makes it worse that once a month I must reload my passwords and enter card details over and over. I am also use another bank app for main account and is far more user friendly without any of the hassles I currently have with Nedbank Money? I have made multiple calls about the frustration and bank done nothing to resolve?

Prepaid issue
When selecting options for prepaid for Telkom Mobile there is no option for FreeMe data bundle which is available on the old app and on online banking. FreeMe bundles are very different to normal data purchases

Not everything works
Amazing design and I love the UI but after logging in it doesn’t pick up half of my account like my cards, debt orders and it doesn’t even load the graphs that it’s meant to! Very hit and miss. I would love to be able to give 5/5 but there’s too many glitches!

Cluttered Account List
How do you remove old accounts not being used or closed credit cards which is linked and cluttering the application
Hit and miss
This app has great potential but is buggy. It has an inconsistent sign up which doesn’t work with my current Nedbank profile yet I could with my debit card. The payment section is a mess and I cannot link or activate any cards despite using the card to sign up. Then it also disabled my previous Nedbank Appsuite. So altogether a nice interface but let down by poor application and woeful technical support. The FNB app leaves it in the dust.

Transaction Updates are POOR
Great looking app, beautiful interface and smooth options available but the transaction updates are SO POOR, my transactions only update after 48 hours, I am never certain of my current balance. Please fix!

Please use different photo's without people as background. A nature photo will be more appropriate.
