  • Works fine

I was reluctant to buy the app but it works fine. I made sure the Logitech Harmony app was working OK first. Then installed the app on my iPhone (iOS 14.6). At first it couldn’t find the hum but pressed the refresh button and it all popped up. Works fine. The 1 star critics should check if their native Harmony app works first and update to the latest iOS.

  • Love it!

Edit - have now added another hub to my home but can’t find a way to switch between them on the watch. If I have to pick up my phone to switch them I might as well use the phone app. Am I missing something?

Works perfectly for me. Found my hub on 2nd attempt. Watch app loaded instantly and can now control my TV from my wrist when I can’t be bothered to reach for the remote or speak to Alexa. With this and my Lyd Sonos control app my life is complete!

  • Only App of Its Kind

This app is great! Any issues you have are probably related to the Harmony software itself. Harmony hasn’t developed their own watch app, and quite frankly after dealing with their software, I wouldn’t want it. Considering you are controlling your A/V equipment with your smart watch, this app works pretty darn good. The price was great, the support is great, and there’s always new features becoming available. Thanks for the great app!

  • Doesn’t work

Won’t pick up the hubs IP address. Searches and then crashes. Entering the IP address manually produces the same result.
  • Not working

4$ just went down the drain. It doesn’t see any of my three hubs... when I input manual IP address, the app suddenly closes. That’s the extent of what i was able to do with the app.
  • Has great potential but not quite there

Setting up the app seemed fairly simple and it found both my hubs.
After setting up the first hub and sending the commands to Siri it worked reasonably well but 5 minutes later it lost connection to the first hub and despite repeated rescans it refuses to see or connect to the first hub. I’ve given up for now .

  • Jim

After an initial complaint regarding wifi connectivity I was able to address it. Using the Harmony app on the iphone. I have 2 hubs, I checked the router for the ip addresses. Noted that they were wrong in Har app. Did a rescan, addresses found. App works on watch!! I set the up addresses to static in router. Now works every time. I swap hubs on iPhone app. Just wish I could adjust haptics on the watch in the app for the keys. Sound + has a tone, all other keys do not. Cannot find a settings for that. Jim

  • When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, it is annoying.

I’m going to keep this short and simple.

Pro: When this app works it works like a champ. The only reason I use this app is because there is no competition.

Con: Buttons are unresponsive. Apple watch app and phone app disconnect from the hub regularly. This usually happens after a power outage or resetting the router. When it Disconnects from the hub it doesn’t reconnect and you can’t manually put in your IP address because that makes the iPhone app crash. After that happens, you are forced to delete both apps so you can redownload both which temporarly fixes the issue.

  • Connecting to hub

It seems impossible to connect to any hub either on this app or on the watch. Pure garbage. I think the morons don’t even read the reviews.
  • Never connects

This app never can connect to my harmony hubs, even after specifying the IP address of the hub. There went $3 down the drain.
