Can’t control actual devices
Bought this thinking I could control my devices, just like the official harmony app for the iPhone. You can’t. You can really only activate activities. Useless to me now. :(jjmucker
Stays in “connecting” state
As mentioned in another review, the Watch app just says “connecting. Activation state: active” and won’t work, even when killing and restarting (their includes iPhone app works OK).

Yay, can pick a hub now! Controls are slow to react and sometimes don’t work at all, though. Don’t turn the volume knob too far, or you may regret it ten seconds later._thekev

Works well but there is significant lag between pressing a button and harmony responding.
Had some trouble reordering activities, found I had to move other activists down the list, rather than an activity up the list.Mattyk000000

Crashes!! Does not work!
I want my money back! This app doesn’t even work on my watch...once I open the app it just says “connecting” and then crashes! This happens every single time! Do not spend your money! And how do I get mine back?dgon11

Doesn’t always work. Also, needs a way to pick which harmony hub if you have more than one on your house. I have two in my house and there is no way to tell the watch which one you want to control.MadFoodScientist
Can't switch Harmony hub
This app would have been great if could switch the Harmony hub that it's connected to.Plapat
Good, but could be great
I should have read description better. It does what it says, but would be much more useful with direction arrows or D pad. I know screen space is an issue on the watch but user could slide over to another screen with D pad. Guide button would be handy too. The ultimate would be to allow user to custom add buttons they want, 5+ stars if that was done.
